I built and sold my own business. I do not coach from theory; I guide owners using real experience, proven systems, and practical tools that work in the real world.
03What is EOS® and how can it help my business?
EOS® is a complete set of tools and disciplines that helps businesses clarify and communicate their vision, align their teams, and execute on that vision with consistency and accountability.
04Is EOS® right for any size business?
It works best for growth-oriented companies whose leadership teams are willing to be open and honest with themselves and the people in the room—teams more afraid of the status quo than of change.
05What does a Professional EOS® Implementer actually do?
Three things: teach, facilitate, and coach. I teach the team how to implement EOS® using the tools, disciplines, and proven process; facilitate the meetings to keep things on track; and coach from outside the business, which gives a perspective no one inside it has.
06What is ProfitWorks and how is it different from bonuses?
ProfitWorks is a performance-based incentive system that rewards employees only when the company wins. It creates shared ownership, accountability, and stronger engagement. Bonuses are not connected to overall company performance, so a bad year still comes with bonus expectations—that disconnect is exactly what ProfitWorks solves.
07Will ProfitWorks work with EOS®?
Yes. ProfitWorks was designed to complement EOS®. It is not a requirement, but the company must have a process in place to execute on goals and provide unbiased data to support results.
08How do your workshops work?
Focused, hands-on sessions designed to solve real issues, align teams, and create clear next steps that can be acted on immediately. A common request is a workshop that shows a tool or discipline in action—don’t tell someone when you can show them.
09What kinds of workshops do you run?
EOS®, Get A Grip, ProfitWorks incentive plan workshops, plus leadership alignment sessions and new policy or function training tailored to the specific needs of the business.
10What can we expect from your speaking sessions?
Practical, honest, and experience-driven. Audiences leave with clear insights, usable tools, and a fresh perspective on leadership and growth—both inspiration and the tools to take action.
11Do you work in person or remotely?
In person in Florida or at your location nationally, plus remote sessions for teams when requested.
12How do we get started?
