I started my first business at 19 and spent the next 33 years building it into a company I eventually sold. Along the way, I launched and exited more than a dozen other businesses across transportation, retail, and hospitality.

After selling, I thought early retirement was next, but I realised I wasn’t done. I took a role with a consulting firm, travelling and speaking to business leaders, and came across Traction® and the Entrepreneurial Operating System. Reading that book was a turning point—the same spark I felt at 19.

Becoming a Professional EOS® Implementer has been the most rewarding work of my career. EOS® isn’t theory to me; it’s a set of simple, proven tools that solve the real-world problems entrepreneurs wrestle with every day. Because I’ve lived those challenges myself, I can connect the tools to the reality of running a business. My approach bridges big-picture vision and practical action. Helping owners get unstuck, gain clarity, and run their companies instead of being run by them is what gets me out of bed.
