Make the business work without you in every room.

I help owners of growing companies replace firefighting with clear priorities, accountable teams, and traction you can feel.

A familiar feeling

Running hard is not the same as getting traction.

01

Everything still comes back to you.

You are the bottleneck for decisions, answers, and follow-through.

02

The right people are not pulling together.

Good people are busy, but priorities keep shifting and accountability stays fuzzy.

03

The numbers do not tell the whole story.

You are working harder for less margin, and the team does not see the connection.

The EOS way of working

Six pieces. One operating system.

EOS gives a leadership team a shared language and a steady cadence. It is practical structure for the conversations your business cannot afford to avoid.

Explore EOS implementation ↗

01

Vision

Get everyone clear on where the business is going and what matters now.

02

People

Put the right people in the right seats, with honest conversations about fit.

03

Data

Use a simple scorecard to manage leading indicators, not last month’s surprises.

04

Issues

Bring the real problems into the room, solve the root cause, and move forward.

05

Process

Document the few core ways you work so quality does not live in one person’s head.

06

Traction

Turn priorities into 90-day Rocks and weekly accountability that actually sticks.

Another way to move the business

Let the team share in the upside.

A self-funded incentive plan connects people to the profit they help create. I design and implement plans for privately held companies that reward performance, build ownership, and strengthen the culture without putting the company’s cash at risk.

01

Reward performance, not entitlement.

02

Show every person how their work affects profit.

03

Give good people a reason to think like owners.

04

Build a stronger culture of shared success.

The right room matters

Built for owners who are ready to be honest.

10–250

Employee companies with enough moving parts to need a real operating rhythm.

Law firms

And other professional services firms where people, time, and margin are tightly connected.

Growth-minded

Owners willing to look clearly at what is working, what is not, and what needs to change.

Three markets + travel

Sarasota and Bradenton, Florida, plus Newburgh, New York—with flexibility to travel for the right leadership team.

A little about Mike

Practical help from someone who has carried the weight.

I started my first business at 19 and spent the next 33 years building it into a company I eventually sold. Along the way, I launched and exited more than a dozen other businesses across transportation, retail, and hospitality.

I thought early retirement was next, but I wasn’t done. A consulting role brought me back into rooms with business leaders, where I came across Traction and the Entrepreneurial Operating System. Reading that book was a turning point—the same spark I felt at 19.

EOS isn’t theory to me. It is a set of simple, proven tools for the real-world problems entrepreneurs wrestle with every day. Helping owners get unstuck, gain clarity, and run their companies instead of being run by them is what gets me out of bed.

See the EOS approach

A clearer way to lead starts with the right conversation.

Mike explains how EOS helps owners build teams and systems that create traction without keeping every decision on their shoulders.

What this can feel like

Less weight on the owner. More ownership in the team.

Real words from owners who have put the work into practice.

“At first, implementing EOS felt like just another thing my partner and I had to take on. But very quickly, we noticed the weight begin to shift off of us and onto the team. I was worried they might push back, but the opposite happened—they leaned in, embraced the process, and ran with it.”
Privately held business owner
“After acquiring the business I had worked in for years, I suddenly found myself responsible for everything—and I wondered how I would ever find the time to do it all. I knew we needed a system, and EOS turned out to be the perfect solution. The structure of EOS, combined with Mike's years of experience, has been an absolute game changer for us.”
Business owner, Sarasota
“As our business grew, it became increasingly difficult to keep the team aligned. Mike helped us get everyone rowing in the same direction.”
Business owner
“I've seen a major change for the better in our company just from implementing Level 10 Meetings.”
Michael Kennedy, CEO, KAI Design & Build
“For me, EOS has been a life-changer. I've gone from one extreme of stress, to a quality of life where I don't feel like if I don't do something tomorrow, we're going to have bad things happen.”
Adam Radulovic, President, XL.net
“EOS really gave me confidence as a leader, knowing there's a proven process backing me up.”
Nathan Stooke, CEO, Wisper Internet
